Meetings/Dinner Ticket Policy
Seventy-two hours prior to an event, BRANNJ must give the restaurant/venue a guarantee for the number of reservations. BRANNJ must pay for cancellations made within that 72 hour timeframe as well as for no-shows. Therefore, in order to serve you better and to prevent misunderstandings, we have developed the following policy:
1. All tickets must be paid for in advance or at the door. BRANNJ accepts cash, checks, money orders, VISA, Master Card and American Express for payment for all events and membership dues.
2. Refunds will only be given with notice 72 hours prior to the event. No refunds on no-shows. If a ticket is ordered within the 72 hour timeframe, it is considered a guaranteed reservation and must be paid without exception.
3. You are responsible for payment for all tickets that you order.
4. When tickets are ordered, you must give BRANNJ the name of the person placing the order and a list of all attendees.
